I know it’s January, so this is a bit late, but I’ve been busy Christmas-ing, OK?
The boxes have mostly been unpacked, or otherwise tamed. For example the stack on the left now houses the contents of the boxes on the right.
Work on the house then stopped to prepare for Christmas instead.
Bedrooms ready for guests:
Landing, not ready for guests, but at least the books are on shelves now, even if they are still mostly double stacked, and the floor is visible.
Porch and hall looking more welcoming:
Kitchen ready to cook Christmas dinner
And front room decorated for the season (if you ignore the boxes…)
We managed to get away for a couple of hours to see the seals at Donna Nook:
And one final bit of maintenance on Christmas Eve. Taking advantage of extra labour to lay gravel to for car access and parking. The motor home just had to cope with the mud.
